Dissapointed :(

Well, I don't know if you remember, but in August I did a big order to Angell-Studio (3 wigs + stand), and it hasn't arrived yet. First, the number stopped working, and when it started working again, it was in my country, but in another city... that was in September 7th. On the 12th -a month on the postal- it was starting to move to my city. I had no package, no note to go pick it up on the office, nothing. I emailed twice Angell-Studio (AS) asking if they could track the package and got no response. No response either from the Q/A in the site.

The order was around 104USD. I do have a decent salary, but I don't like to was money like this. I was really happy with my order, I really wanted those items, and now they may be lost in the mail. I'm gonna go on the next week to the postal office, but I have been told they are on strike, and they doesn't even answer the phone.

I'm really sad with this :( I'm sorry, but I really needed to spit everything out. If the package appears, I will also let you know.

  1. Owww, that's so sad! :( What method was used to ship it? If you got insurance, you should be able to get a refund.
    Also try Angell Studio's message center. A lot of doll companies don't answer emails at all.

    1. I did try the Message Center and they pointedly ignored me. We used registered airmail, but I don't know if there was a shipping insurance :(
