Dragons Myth (Part II) ~ Lore

I once told you that human's perceptions of dragons is not often... correct. Well... I was writing another lore bit for my dolls, and then I remembered this story. And after that, I knew about this painting which was the same colour of a specific dragon.

This happened. And of course, I had to add a little story to it.

Dragon's Ego

Humans' imagination is something otherworldly. And all magical beings recognize that. However, myths grew up and in current days, each human has a different idea of them. And they express this through art. Occasionally, some humans that still believe in magic will try to contact the energies of the world -the dragons, unbeknownst to them- and they will paint or draw what they can perceive.

As dragons' energy is infinite, humans often try to depict this.

What they do not know, is that now every dragon is fond of their comrade's art. The most jealous of them all, is Aion. Have you ever wondered why so many artworks dissapear without leaving a trace? Well, maybe some magical beings hid it in a childish play.

And this is all for today! I just had to share this. That painting was too perfect! But oh well, I had to shoot this on the floor (thank goodness all the Russian twists and squats are paying off to hold the camera-sutra poses). And my cat insisted on inspecting the set up! So here you have an outtake, just for funsies.

    1. Happy you like this! Honestly, I can't put *anything* in the floor if I'm holding my camera, because otherwise he will come running towards me to try and catch my attention.

  2. Very cute post Musume, I think Aion might see himself in the painting. BTW did you paint the dragon?
